Spring Hill, Williamson County TN Home Sales Statistics - 2013 end of year Market Report

Spring Hill home sales have been quite strong this year.  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 19.4% from 2012 to 2013!  The median sale price for 2013 was right around the same value as that of 2007.   This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth the same as 2007 values but the local market as a whole is really quite healthy and moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Likewise, the sales volume for 2013 has surpassed the volume of 2007.  Also, the median Days on Market has dropped and Spring Hill homes are selling faster than they have in 6 years!
