Brentwood TN Home Sales Statistics - 2013 end of year Market Report

Brentwood home sales have been quite strong this year.  When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 7.2% from 2012 to 2013!   The median sale price for 2013 was just a little more than that of 2006.   This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than the 2006 values but the local market as a whole is really quite healthy and moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.  Likewise, the median Days on Market are lower and Brentwood homes are selling faster than they have in 5 years.
