Franklin Green Subdivision is located on the west side of Franklin approximately two miles from the historic downtown square. Franklin Green Pool Party June 2009 - Franklin TN Social Events

Franklin Green Pool Party gamesThe annual Franklin Green Pool Party took place on June 6, 2009 from noon to 3 PM.  We put up a tent, rented some extra tables and chairs and set up for lunch in the common area beside the pool.  Shane's Rib Shack catered barbeque with beans and slaw.  They brought chicken fingers and macaroni & cheese for the kids.  The food was awesome!  I didn't hear anything but praise for the food.  Shane's Rib Shack was also great to work with in planning the event!
Louis Lee Entertainment provided music, games and entertainment for the annual pool party.  The kids played various pool games like shark attack and later went outside the pool area to play tug of war, girls against boys!  Louis was great with the kids and the craziness that is pool party day in Franklin Green!
Join us next year for the Franklin Green Pool Party and various other social events.  Franklin Green residents can participate in several community yard sales, an Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Pool Party, Halloween Treats and Donuts with Santa.

Franklin Green Pool House Renovation 2009 - Franklin Green TN Amenities

The New and Improved Franklin Green Pool House!

Franklin Green Subdivision, located on the west side of Franklin TN, received some much needed attention to the community pool house during the off season.  This winter the neighborhood pool house was completely overhauled to improve it's appearance and take care of some much needed repairs.  The bathrooms have been completely renovated to include new walls and ceilings, new lighting, ventilation and tile floors.  The rough walls have been covered with smooth Hardie Plank throughout.  Soffits have been reworked and everything painted.  Even the floors of the pavilion have been sealed to help protect against spills.  These repairs were completed in time for the pool opening on May 23, 2009.
